PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES

AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Focusing on education and empowerment with an indirect approach to community development. The foundation looks to identify talented swimmers between the ages of 12-20 and assist them in nurturing and developing their swimming talent through financial and coaching/training assistance.

The foundation has identified the world short course championship qualifiers in Durban (September 2024) as a week in which we will identify and invite swimmers who fall into the outlined criteria and the launch of our initiative to develop and mentor young swimmers.

We have identified two swimmers in Pietermaritzburg in KZN whom are training at a swimming club and reached their level 3 in swimming South Africa’s honours.

The two swimmers require transport and equipment funding assistance. In addition, the foundation wishes to cover all competition and coaching fees for the next year.
